Following the announcement by the UK Government (23/03/2020), we would like to reassure our clients that due to being a online retailer, we are not impacted by store closures and will remain open. With this in mind, we are actively monitoring the advice and requirements proposed by the Government, NHS and WHO to tackle these challenging times. Customer and staff safety remains a top priority for us. Below are the actions we have taken as a business and the changes that have impacted us:
- We have asked all non essential staff to work from home where they can as well as reducing our kitchen workforce.
- We have implemented rigorous hygiene procedures for manufacturing
- Our delivery partners are operating with reduced drivers which means that deliveries are to be slightly delayed by 2-3 working days
Rest assured we are doing everything we can to ensure that you can still order as normal from our online store (and throughout Ramadan). We would like to thank ALL of our customers for their support and patience during these challenging times
